Norfolk All Together Anti-Bullying Programme

As you will know Norfolk is one of 17 successful Local Authorities who have been chosen to be involved in the All Together Anti-Bullying Training which Rita Adair is co-ordinating in Norfolk. Already several schools have attended the free training offered this month and evaluations have been excellent.

ALL schools can join in regardless of whether they attend the training by registering on www.anti-bullyingalliance.org.uk/alltogether, then follow the instructions to embark on the online programme. Already 650 schools nationally have signed up. We want every school in Norfolk to sign up to this programme and help us to reduce bullying in our schools. The free tools you will be able to access will enable your school to establish clear baseline data to demonstrate to Ofsted how your school is addressing bullying.

In addition there are still training spaces for our KING'S LYNN sessions in October 2017. There are two dates: 10 October for school leaders and governors and 24 October for all workforce staff (i.e. teachers, teaching assistants, family practitioners, social workers, police officers working with schools). Both training sessions are from 9.30 (registration at 9 am) to 3.45 pm.

This is a fantastic opportunity both for Norfolk and your school and I hope you will take this opportunity to sign up and get involved.
