Norfolk Healthy Child Programme Stakeholder Survey

As part of the ongoing review and evaluation processes of their Norfolk Healthy Child Programme services the Cambridgeshire Community Services NHS Trust is asking partner agencies, including all schools (leadership & staff), to complete a short Stakeholder's feedback survey.

The results from this survey will support them in identifying areas of good practice, being able to offer equitable services across the county, continue to develop services to meet local need, whilst maintaining and developing partnership working.
