Norfolk Healthy Child programme 5-19 Pathway event

You are invited to attend one of our stakeholder events that we are offering throughout the county during October and November. These will give you the opportunity to hear about our redesigned pathway that is being offered to young people between the ages of 5-19 years.

We have re-developed our pathway, with input from stakeholders, services users and our own staff to enable us to improve health outcomes for children and young people in line with public health outcomes and by targeting children and young people identified as being most at risk of not reaching their full potential.

We would like to share this pathway with you and would welcome your presence at one of our workshops listed below. Ideally you should attend the one in your locality so you will have the opportunity to talk with local colleagues from our Health Child Programme and with the wider stakeholder network. However if you are unable to attend your local event you are welcome to attend on another date elsewhere.

We are intending to showcase key aspects of the service offer through a 'market place' exercise and would welcome you to join us in this exercise by bringing along any stands/ resources that illustrate key initiatives that either your school or agency are in the process of delivering.
