Invitation to the Norfolk Healthy Child Programme 5-19 Pathway event

You are invited to attend one of our stakeholder events that we are offering throughout the county during November. These will give you the opportunity to hear about our redesigned pathway that is being offered to young people between the ages of 5-19 years.

We have re-developed our pathway, with input from stakeholders, services users and our own staff, to enable us to improve health outcomes for children and young people in line with public health outcomes and by targeting children and young people identified as being most at risk of not reaching their full potential.
