Distributing a booklet for Year 6 pupils

Over the coming week all mainstream primary schools should receive copies of new information booklet 'Moving up to Secondary School -Information for young people, parents and carers.'

This leaflet is for distribution to all Year 6 pupils and includes an offer of a Year 6 Health Assessment to each child at parents request by a member of the 5-19 Healthy Child Programme Team.

I would be grateful if you could ensure that every Year 6 pupil in your school receives a copy to take home. An electronic copy to email to parents or share on your school website is also available.
