Invitation to a Norfolk Healthy Child Programme 5-19 Pathway event

You are invited to attend our stakeholder event that we are offering throughout in Great Yarmouth in February. This will give you the opportunity to hear about our redesigned pathway that is being offered to young people between the ages of 5-19 years. All are welcome, so even if you attended one of the events in October & November but wouild like another opportunity to meet us, please come along too.
