Essential Management and Business Skills Programme Sept 18 - July 19

Educator Solutions is pleased to offer the Essential Management and Business Skills Training Programme for 2018/2019. The courses provide opportunities to support the development needs for all school staff, including staff who work in finance, premises and admin related roles.

16 October 2018, 09:30 to 12:30, Norwich PDC, Challenging Conversations, ½140

This session focuses on managing emotionally charged behaviour in an empathic and assertive way, helping to take the heat out of discussions. Learn how you naturally deal with conflict and how you can influence and negotiate more effectively.
