New clinical NHS mental health service for young people aged 0-18 across the East of England region

Cambridgeshire and Peterborough NHS Foundation Trust

We are in the process of opening up a new clinical NHS mental health service for young people aged 0-18 across the East of England region. This is a national NHS England funded initiative to provide a parity of service for young people with mental health concerns, which may include neurodevelopmental disorder and/or learning disability and who are presenting with high risk of harm to others. I have included the link to our professionals leaflet for further information. Once we are open across the region, we will take referrals from a variety of settings including education.

As we roll out across the region, we are really keen to engage with professionals who might use our services. As part of this we are holding a number of events explaining who we are and providing an opportunity for us to interface with services.

As yet, we have no representatives from education in Norfolk booked into our stakeholder events and so would really appreciate some guidance about the best people to approach in your region.

Details of the upcoming stakeholder events are below:

9th November 2018
Mercure Hotel, Norwich

If you cannot attend this one we are holding 2 further events as follows:

16th November 2018
County Hotel, Chelmsford

30th November 2018
Mercure Letchworth Hall Hotel

East of England Community FCAMHS
