INTRAN Providers - Reminder

Please could we take this opportunity to remind you that HITS are our contractual Primary Provider agreed and accepted by Norfolk County Council under their membership to INTRAN.

Due to this, CINTRA should only be used in the event that HITS are unable to satisfy a booking, as it is HITS who were awarded Primary Provider for Face to Face Bookings under the INTRAN Framework.

Therefore, for future reference, please ensure that you have tried HITS before asking CINTRA if you have not already been doing so.
