Final chance: Stakeholders digital health profiles workshop

JustOneNorfolk.nhs.uk would like to invite Norfolk Schools to the forthcoming stakeholder workshop taking place in April.

JustOneNorfolk.nhs.uk is working with Norfolk County Council to develop digital health profiles which would be accessed through the JustOneNorfolk.nhs.uk website. These would support the NHS and other professionals in identifying the key health priorities for specific geographical areas.

JustOneNorfolk.nhs.uk is keen to get involvement and ideas from others to support this project.
