Carers Support Day

Carers Support Day at the Forum, Norwich, 10am-4pm.

On Friday 14 June Norfolk County Council is holding a Carers Support Day at the Forum Norwich to celebrate the huge contributions carers play in people''s lives.

We will be filling the Forum with organisations, groups and networks from across Norfolk that can help with the difficulties, stresses and challenges of caring.

Throughout the day there will be free to try activities from laughter yoga and gentle exercise to adult colouring and come along and sing. There will also be stands from organisations that support carers with health and wellbeing, assistive technology, finances and activities for you in the community.
