Essential Management and Business Skills 2019-2020

Educator Solutions is pleased to offer the updated Essential Management and Business Skills Training Programme for 2019/2020 which provides learning and development opportunities for all school staff, available from this September.

We understand the pressures faced by school staff in an ever-changing environment and we have especially designed the training to fit the demands of education settings. This programme offers a wide range of essential training courses that will enable your staff to maximise their potential by gaining or refining their management skills.

These courses are appropriate for existing managers, aspiring managers and for staff who may benefit from refresher training; ultimately supporting staff to drive school improvement. With 12 different learning and development sessions covering many aspects, including business skills, HR and financial management, we hope you find a solution to your staff's development needs.
