Education Health & Care Plan Annual Review Paperwork and Training - More Dates
Further to MI Sheets 136/19 and 162/19 two more dates have been arranged for twilight sessions for SENCOs on the Annual Review process and how to complete the paperwork:

If you would like to attend any of the events please email marianne.knights@norfolk.gov.uk to book a place, so that numbers can be managed.
As a reminder, below are the dates previously published. Places at Parkside are now very limited but there are places available at the Fred Nicholson event.

Two more events are planned for Great Yarmouth and Sheringham in the spring term. The dates will be published via the e-courier as soon as details are confirmed.
Feedback on the new Review form has been positive so far, so thank you for your responses. We intend to review the form at the end of the autumn term, so we can add in information and the referral process for the new Preparing for Adult Life Service, along with suggestions from schools.
