Education Health & Care Plan Annual Review Final Training Dates
Further to MI Sheets 136/19 and 162/19 the last two dates are now confirmed for twilight sessions for SENCOs on the Annual Review process and how to complete the paperwork.

Feedback on the new Review form has been positive so far, so thank you for your responses. We intend to review the form at the end of the autumn term, so we can add in information and the referral process for the new Preparing for Adult Life Service, along with suggestions from schools.
