The deadline to register for the Norfolk Youth Parliament elections is approaching
We are searching for young people to take part in the next Youth Parliament elections. I am writing to ask if you would be kind enough to share this opportunity with any interested students at your school.
This is an outstanding opportunity for your students to get involved with; debating in the House of Commons, fantastic residential weekends to help set the national youth agenda, consulting with young people to understand the barriers they face and developing something that will stand out on their CV and UCAS applications.
Norfolk Youth Parliament is a group young people elected by their peers to tackle the concerns of young people in Norfolk.
We will be holding elections for Norfolk Youth Parliament in March 2020. This is an excellent opportunity for young people who want to make a difference and stand up for their peers in Norfolk.
Please can we ask you to encourage your students to stand in the elections - it's easy to apply and young people can find out more and register here
The deadline for registering is Monday 10 February at 5pm.
In the meantime, if you have any questions, please get in touch:
