Service update re Covid 19- 19 March 2020

As of Thursday 19 March our advisers will not be visiting schools until further notice.

• Our normal cancellation terms will not apply and we will reimburse all in-school training that we need to cancel up until the end of March. We will be in contact to rebook for a future date when the situation is clearer.

• Our Teaching and Learning team are working on ways to support schools to deliver remote learning. We will keep you updated as resources and support become available. In the meantime the team can still be contacted for teaching and learning advice.
• Our Finance and HR services will continue to support schools remotely. Where on-site support for financial year-end or budgeting is required, staff are liaising with schools to provide support where both parties agree it is safe to do so.
• Finance delivery systems will continue to operate as normal. For Finance services please contact: finance.support@educatorsolutions.org.uk for the general finance helpline;finance.systems@educatorsolutions.org.uk for any technical queries about finance systems and csfinancetraining@educatorsolutions.org.ukk for any training queries.
• For Governance or Clerking enquiries please contact the team on governor.services@educatorsolutions.org.uk and our team will respond as quickly as possible. Communication on delivery and operation of meetings has been posted using Governor Hub and clerks have been communicated with on the options regarding meetings.
• HR delivery systems HR WorkSpace, InfoSpace and Education Job Finder, will continue to operate as normal. The general HR help line, HR Advice and Support, will be available only via email on hrenquiry@educatorsolutions.org.uk. HR Consultants will be available via their email and mobile phones for Heads and other senior managers. If your allocated HR Consultant is unavailable and you have an urgent enquiry, please contact HR Advice and Support via the mailbox and they will put the Duty Consultant in contact with you.
• The Music Service will cease to operate all face to face delivery in schools and all Hub events and training have been suspended until further notice. For any queries please contact musicservice@educatorsolutions.org.uk


• Our Outdoor Learning centres at Holt Hall and Whitlingham Adventure will also be closed from Thursday 19 March until further notice. We will be contacting customers with further details.
