Data collection : Dates students will be in school during academic year 2020-21

In the past year or two Norfolk county council has provided home to school transport for pupils in Norfolk. With Covid-19 in our midst, all is uncertain about what will be happening for the foreseeable future, we still however have to plan for the next academic year and so will need the dates you would be open, if everything were normal, for the 2020/21 academic year. This is in order to set up the contracts to ensure transport from home to school and back again for eligible students takes place.

Travel and Transport department at Norfolk County Council therefore need to know the dates your school will be open to students and any inset dates that your school/college will be closed to pupils that are not tagged onto school holidays. E.g. if your school will be closed for a day so staff and pupils can attend the Royal Norfolk show we need to know about that but if the inset day has been added to the beginning of the October half term we need you to shorten the last day of term date by that inset day.

On Wednesday 24 June, your school office email should receive an email asking them to fill in details of your term dates for the 2020/21 academic year. We would appreciate if you could respond by 1 July.
