Changes to Health, Safety and Well-being services

Due to the current situation we have had to adapt the way we deliver some of our health, safety and well-being services.

Health and Safety compliance inspections are now conducted out of school hours and during school holidays. These continue to follow the same format as before but we can also offer the option to have an inspection focused on COVID-19 infection control and reassurance.

Both the Musculoskeletal Injury Rehabilitation Service and Norfolk Support Line remain operational.

Norfolk Support Line functions such as face-to-face counselling are being temporarily provided via video calling or by telephone.

Hands-on physiotherapy treatments through the Musculoskeletal Injury Rehabilitation Service are temporarily provided remotely, offering treatment support via video calling or telephone. The situation is being monitored closely and the services will revert as soon as it is safe to do so.

You can find more detail on our website. If you have any queries about our health, safety and well-being services, please contact 01603 223763 or healthandsafety@norfolk.gov.uk
