Educator Solutions Supply Teacher Register

We have a database of supply teachers, based across the whole county, who are cleared and ready to work. This term we have recently made some positive changes to make the register easier and more accessible to you.

It is now your choice how much you pay your supply teacher (in accordance with STPCD pay ranges), rather than adhering to our pre-determined rates. There is no extra charge on top of the teacher's salary (including on-costs) for HR Service A customers. For non-HR Service A customers there is a nominal ?65 charge for a search. However, if you decided to use us regularly, we would be happy to discuss a supply only subscription to offer you good value.

We can also produce a statement of terms on your behalf, for each supply teacher you engage, each time you engage them - this keeps you in line with recent legislation changes.

We do understand that right now, using supply teachers requires greater thought and consideration. However, Government guidance: Full reopening of schools (section titled: Supply teachers and other temporary or peripatetic teachers) and risk assessment guidance from Norfolk County Council says that it is possible to continue to use supply teachers to help cover staff absences or temporarily increase the workforce to enable management of the required bubbles. Of course, the use of supply teachers will have to be considered as part of your risk assessments, before you can take steps to engage them.
