NQT Talent pool - extended access this term

We are now in our third year of running our successful NQT talent pool. Due to the pandemic there are more NQTs than usual, who have not yet secured a position in a school. We are therefore keeping our talent pool open for longer this year.

If you are still looking to fill a teaching vacancy, please contact us as we can help you find a suitable NQT. You can also use our NQT talent pool to search for NQTs who may be interested in HLTA, Cover Supervisor or part-time teacher positions.

Pricing

Current HR service 'A' and 'F' subscription customers can benefit from using the NQT Talent Pool at no additional cost. For all other customers there is a £50 administration charge per search, however, if there are no suitable applications to send, no charge will be applied.

HR Service 'A' and 'F' customers can also request any potentially suitable applications ahead of placing an advertisement. To do this please email us at jobads@educatorsolutions.org.uk and we will share with you those that meet your criteria.

Education Job Finder

When advertising a position using the instruction to advertise form on Education Job Finder (www.educationjobfinder.org.uk) we will also send you any suitable NQTs for consideration for this position.

Alternatively, if you upload your own job advertisements or don't use the instruction to advertise form, please email us at jobads@educatorsolutions.org.uk to ask us to undertake a search of the NQT Talent Pool for you.
