East Coast Community Health Care new term's processes due to Covid-19
The East Coast Community Health Care team hopes your first week back has been successful and everyone is managing to settle into new routines and groups.
Over the past 6 months the team has been providing telephone and video based support to parents and carers as well as professionals. Now the new term has started, the team is able to start the process of enabling face to face visits to re-commence where clinically necessary. For this reason, please see the information listed below about the processes put in place to reduce the risk. There is also a Covid Assurances form you will need to complete fully and return to ecch.saltcovid@nhs.net
The completion of this form means that if a face to face appointment is indicated, ECCHC will be able to proceed. Please be aware we are not providing face to face appointments this half term. After the October half term, the team might provide a hybrid of face to face and video based intervention based on individual need. This will be done on a phased basis.
