Parent Carer Survey for the Speech and Language Therapy Service for Children and Young People

We are asking people for feedback on their experiences of Speech and Language Therapy services for children and young people.

Speech and Language Therapy services provide assessment, diagnosis and treatment of communication difficulties. It helps children and young people who have problems with speech, language and communications or difficulties with eating and swallowing. These services are sometimes called SaLT or SLT.

A survey has been created with parent-carer groups and is for parents and carers of children or young people who are receiving, or have received, Speech and Language Therapy.

The deadline for completing the survey is 6 December 2020.

The survey should take about 15 minutes to fill in and your feedback is valuable to us.

All responses will be anonymous and no-one will know who said what.

A report on the survey results will be presented to the SLT Project Group in December. The report will be used by Norfolk County Council and NHS Norfolk and Waveney Clinical Commissioning Group and fed into improving services in the future.
