Your feedback on Speech and Language Therapy services for children and young people in Norfolk and Waveney

Norfolk County Council and NHS Norfolk and Waveney Clinical Commissioning Group have started a formal re-procurement for Speech and Language Therapy services because this is a legal requirement.

A survey has been created and we are seeking feedback from stakeholders who have experience of referring children and young people or working as a partner alongside Speech and Language Therapy Services in Norfolk and Waveney.

We welcome your feedback on the current commissioned service and pathways; specific feedback on the current provider should not be included. Your feedback should reflect the service provided before COVID-19, as the significant impact COVID-19 has had on the service and the service restoration is already recognised.

The deadline for completing the survey is 13 December 2020.

All responses to the survey will be anonymous.

A report on the survey results will be presented to the SLT Project Group in December, and will be used by Norfolk County Council and NHS Norfolk and Waveney Clinical Commissioning Group in future service improvements.

Thank you.
