Unsuccessful video appointments for Children's SaLT

As the Speech and Language Therapy (SaLT) team continue to support children, families and settings across the county, they are increasingly using video therapy, where appropriate, to reach as many children as possible, while keeping safe.

It has come to their attention that a number of video appointments have been unsuccessful due to connection issues. If your setting has experienced problems with the video platform, it may be due to web browsing and or content filters that prevent videos from being viewed such as on YouTube. Please consult your network support to ensure that video is allowed, to avoid missing appointments.
