Mark your diaries- School Games Hot Shots Week 21-25 June

During the pandemic Active Norfolk and Norfolk's School Sports Partnerships have been busy planning for a Summer 2021 School Games activity that schools can use to help kids achieve their 60 active minutes a day, and support schools' recovery curriculum.

Hot Shots will help students to understand the benefits of being active and why it's important, whilst providing schools with physical activity resources to support key themes around the recovery curriculum, including transitions, 60 active minutes, girls' activity levels, and students' health and wellbeing.

Hot Shots will run 21-25 June and will include 4 days of activities, ideas and extra resources that schools can use to help students achieve their 60 active minutes, finishing with a virtual colour run on Friday 25 June. Schools will be able to access everything they need from the Norfolk School Games website, and prizes will be up for grabs!

Keep an eye out for more information during the second half of summer term, including a campaign pack and materials to help you communicate this fun opportunity to parents.
