Education Triage Service - Clarifications

Please note the following regarding the Norfolk Community Health and Care NHS Trust's Education Triage Service:

• The Education Triage Service (ETS) is for children aged 6 to 18 years old.
• The ETS delivered by Norfolk Community Health and Care does not cover Great Yarmouth; all other areas of Norfolk are covered, except Great Yarmouth.
