Get your pupils moving during Active Week 21-25 June with HOT SHOTS

National School Sport Week and Norfolk School Games Active Week is 21-25 June.

This year Active Norfolk and the School Sports Partnerships have teamed up to bring schools HOT SHOTS which helps pupils be more active, and in ways they might not consider exercise.

HOT SHOTS gives pupils a chance to be more active at school, at home, outside when they play, and when they travel to school.

At Norfolk School Games - Active Week we've provided schools with information, ideas and resources to help pupils be more physically active than they might usually be.

Attached are promotional toolkits to help you promote HOT SHOTS to parents and within your school. You can also share this promotional video.

Schools are encouraged to use the resources to support the 60 active minutes agenda, which supports pupils through transitions, improves health and wellbeing, and improves the activity levels of girls.

Students who log* their activities during Active Week will be entered into a prize draw to win some great prizes.
*An Activity Tracker sheet is provided in the Primary pack; the Secondary students can log their activity on the website (link at bottom of page).

Your school can also win a £250 equipment voucher by completing a survey about Active Week by Friday 9 July.
