Family Wellbeing Webinars

With the complexities of day-to-day life exacerbated by Covid-19, it can be challenging for parents/carers to prioritise their own wellbeing needs, as well as those of their children. This can lead to feelings of exacerbated stress, anxiety and becoming overwhelmed. Factoring in regular time for family wellbeing activities can help position everyone to enjoy and engage with positive opportunities and find strength during challenging times.

These DfE fully funded webinars will enable primary, secondary and special schools to offer wellbeing cafes to families that:

  • Secure consistent strategies to promote and support emotional health and wellbeing for children and their families
  • Provide example of no cost, everyday wellbeing ideas that promote the 5 ways to wellbeing
  • Signpost families to trusted sources of support to and guidance to get help with their wellbeing.
