Mental Health and Wellbeing Network Meeting: Staff Wellbeing

Whilst schools have stepped up to the challenges presented by the pandemic over the past two years, we know this has been a difficult time balancing many different demands on time and priorities.

Encouraging staff to reflect on their experience, outlining actions you will take to address their needs, and embedding staff wellbeing into school planning and strategy can play a key role in developing your whole-school approach to wellbeing.

These DfE fully funded mental health and wellbeing network meetings will provide primary, secondary and special schools with practical evidence-based resources and illustrative examples of good practice, helping you make a meaningful difference for the staff within your school.
