STAIR: New document for Early Years

Norfolk County Council Early Years team in co-production with practitioners, teachers, families and professional partners are delighted to offer a transition record advocating a child-centred approach to information sharing, to complement transition practice and help support a smooth transition to school for every child. The Supporting Transition and Inclusion Record (STAIR), along with supporting information and guidance about effective transition can be found on the Schools and Learning providers for all education staff website.
