Multi-agency workshop invitation - Developing an outcomes-based approach to SEND Data in Norfolk

A workshop is set to be held in September about how to capture evidence and use evaluation to measure outcomes for children and young people with SEND.

Led by the Council for Disabled Children, the session will be about implementing an outcomes-based approach to SEND data. No prior level of knowledge around data will be expected, but colleagues who do currently work with data are welcomed to share their perspectives.

The workshop is aimed at a multi-agency audience, attendees from across health, local authority SEND teams, education, social care and parent carer representatives are all welcome.

It will cover an introduction to outcomes-based data and why it matters for children, young people and their families, examples of local and national good practice, small group activities and focused conversations to unpick local challenges and plan for change.

The workshop will be held in person at Norwich Professional Development Centre at Woodside Road in Norwich on Tuesday 20 September from 9.30am to 3pm. Register to attend here by Saturday 10 September.
