Nelson's Journey - The referral process is changing!

As of 3 October 2022, the process for requesting support for children and young people is changing. From this date we will no longer accept our previous referral forms and ask that you re-visit our website Nelson's Journey Child Bereavement Help for Norfolk (nelsonsjourney.org.uk) to access the new Request for Support form. There are three different forms available so please ensure you are completing the relevant form:

• Parent/Carer request for support
• Professionals request for support
• Self-referral (for young people age 16 and 17)
