Referring your pupils for support with mild to moderate mental health needs

From 1 April 2023 all referrals for mild to moderate mental health support for 0-25 year-olds across Norfolk & Waveney will be processed by Cambridgeshire Community Service's (CCS) Just One Number service.

The team from Just One Number will review the needs outlined in the referral and pass them to the appropriate organisation to best support the child/young person or young adult. These organisations include:

• Ormiston Families - Supporting Smiles
• MAP
• Norfolk & Waveney Mind
• Norfolk & Waveney Wellbeing Service
• Norfolk Healthy Child Programme Resilience and Emotional Health Practitioners - CCS
• 0-4 Parent Infant Mental Health Services - NSFT

You will be sent details about which organisation the referral has been passed on to once it has been processed. This information will also be sent to the GP.
