Free training this summer for managers and leaders

Norfolk County Council Children's Services is very proud to present a summer of free events for leaders and managers working in schools and organisations and agencies which support children and families.

The online workshops, which are called Norfolk Summer Exchange Programme: Leadership in Services for Children and Young People, aim to give you a chance to hear from peers from across the country about good practice, discuss what works well and learn from each other how to best overcome challenges.

The themes are: whole system leadership; family group decision making; participation; unaccompanied asylum-seeking young people; and trauma informed practice.

The workshops are from 3pm to 5pm every Wednesday in August. No booking is required - just click and join from the attached brochure, which has further details.
