Supporting families with Norfolk Steps

Join our short webinar to improve outcomes for children and young people, through maximising the effectiveness of how you engage with families.

This webinar will provide guidance on how to engage, support and work positively with families to accurately identify and effectively meet the needs of the children and young people within your school or setting. Attendance at this webinar will provide you with:

  • An opportunity to reflect on your current approaches, building on the successes through evidence-informed approaches to positively engage families.

  • Access to advice and guidance around how to inclusively engage, support and work alongside families with a range of, supported by input from our newly launched School and Communities team.
  • Contextualise and use model examples from Norfolk Schools to take the initial hard work out of your own approaches when seeking to improve.
  • As well as being available with advice and guidance, the Steps team will also share up-dates, including recently launched resources to answer questions which are brought to the session or emerge from this.

You will have opportunities to network, share good practice with colleagues from other Steps schools and ask questions to inform your own approaches.

Following the webinar you will receive a padlet of resources for you to contextualise to meet the bespoke needs of your school community, enabling you to spring into action without the need to invest more work that necessary!
