A child with an Education Health and Care Plan (EHCP) or Statement of Special Educational Needs which names the school shall be admitted. 1. Looked after children and previously looked after children. 2. A child with exceptional medical or social grounds. 3. Children attending St Mary's C of E Junior School with a sibling already attending the linked junior school at the time of admission. Children are siblings if they are full, half, step or adoptive brother or sister and live in the same family unit and household. 4. Other children attending St Mary's C of E Junior School 5. Children with a sibling already attending St Mary's C of E Junior School Academy at the time of admission. Children are siblings if they are full, half, step or adoptive brother or sister and live in the same family unit and household. 6. Children whose parent or carer is a member of staff employed by the school for over two years at the time the application for admission was made or where the member of staff was recruited to fill a vacant post for which there is a demonstrable skill shortage evidenced by completion of the Norfolk Supplementary Information form. 7. Where the Academy is oversubscribed (there are more
applicants than places available) places will be allocated in accordance with
the following criteria and in the following order of priority. 1. Looked after children (children in care) and all
previously looked after children, including those children who appear (to the
admission authority) to have been in state care outside of England and ceased
to be in state care as a result of being adopted. Previously looked after
children are children who were looked after but ceased to be so because they
were adopted (or became subject to a child arrangements order or special
