2012 Admission Rounds Information
The admission to Reception classes and transfer to high school admission rounds opened on 14th September and the transfer to junior rounds will open on 14th November.
Admission to Reception Classes
The Admissions Team is starting to send out admission packs to the parents of children due to start school based on data provided to us by the PCT. These packs will be sent out over the next few weeks and parents should be advised not to contact us until the end of October if they do not receive a pack. Alternatively they can apply on line at www.admissionsonline.norfolk.gov.uk.

Please could you also remind parents that having a child in a school nursery does not guarantee them a place in the main school and that all parents have to apply for a school place even if their child is already attending the nursery attached to their preferred school.
"A parents guide to admissions to schools in Norfolk 2012-2013" and "First admission schools 2012-2013" booklets are available from our website at www.norfolk.gov.uk/admissions. The closing date for all preferences to be submitted to the Admissions Team is 16th January 2012.
Transfer to High School
All children in Year 6 in a Norfolk state school should have received an application pack via their current primary or junior school. The closing date for all preferences to be submitted to the Admissions Team is 31st October 2011. Parents can also apply on line at www.admissionsonline.norfolk.gov.uk.

"A parents guide to admissions to schools in Norfolk 2012-2013" and "Secondary schools in Norfolk 2012-2013" booklets are available from our website at www.norfolk.gov.uk/admissions.
We will be sending hard copies of the relevant booklets to schools in due course.
Any parents who requires copies of the booklets should be referred to our website at www.norfolk.gov.uk/admissions or told to contact the Customer Service Centre at 0344 800 8020.
