Dinner Monies Database Upgrade - Meal History Reports
Within the Dinner Monies Database the ability to run a report showing the history of meals taken, and monies received, for all pupils and adults exists by double clicking their name within their respective screens.
An issue has been identified with this report, wherein, if the “View Archives†function has been used during the current academic year the linking between the names selected and their historical records is altered (i.e. the report does not match the history of the selected name correctly).
Upgrade 2011.4 fixes this issue from happening in the future, and also includes a function to restate the archives to match the historical data held at the point that each roll forward was carried out.
Please follow the attached upgrade instructions to download version 2011.4 and restate the archives.
Please Note: This upgrade can only be applied if the current version of the Dinner Monies Database being used is 2011.3. If you are using an older version of the database please contact Accounting Software Support for assistance.
