Primary Leadership Talent Pool
Since 2009 Norfolk LA has worked closely with its schools to identify and develop leadership potential through the Primary Leadership Talent Pool. The Talent Pool has had a significant impact upon career progression for the overwhelming majority of participants who have become enthusiastic advocates of the programme.
Applications are now invited from those who they feel have significant and demonstrable leadership potential to join the Primary Leadership Talent Pool Cohort 5 for 2013 - 2014. Headteacher’s are urged to discuss this opportunity with members of their staff who aspire to become senior school leaders or Headteachers within the next three to four years.
There will be up to 30 places offered with access to a range of leadership training and development. In the event of over subscription, priority will be given to candidates who meet current Leadership Succession Planning priorities.
