NCC Internal Journal Requests
Following the recent upgrade to star accounts, version 5.52 a new function has been installed to allow schools to process NCC internal journal requests. We are encouraging schools to use this electronic facility to reduce the risk of duplication and to streamline the whole process.
Please note that you are only permitted to debit (charge) your school's location code and credit (pay) other schools. If you attempt to credit your school, once "Post" has been clicked, a warning message will appear and the journal will require rectifying. It will be the debiting schools responsibility to ensure that those schools being credited via this journal request are informed that the process has taken place.
From the autumn term we will not be accepting paper copies requesting internal journals to be processed, other than through exceptional circumstances.
