Following the introduction of the RAG matrix for schools in 2010, the financial management reporting tool has now been developed to include clusters.

All clusters will receive their RAG rating for the autumn term at the start of the spring term, in line with the school RAG report.

The new cluster RAG matrix has been included for your reference.

As part of our new training programme we have introduced a cluster course that targets school governors and headteachers that have responsibility for managing cluster funds.
