School Nursing Services - Referrals
As you are probably aware the Provision of School Nursing Services transferred in November 2015 from Norfolk Community Health & Care to Cambridgeshire Community Services. When this happened our duty office stayed at Dereham Hospital and our phone number remained the same, as above.
However our email system changed so we were provided with a new email address. We had a bounce back message placed on the old account so anyone still using this was informed of the new address to send correspondence/referrals until the account was deleted. We were expecting the account to have been deleted by now. Unfortunately this has not happened as expected and the bounce back message was removed.

In the event you or your staff have submitted referrals to us that have not yet been actioned please contact us on the phone number above to discuss. We can then check if we have received it. In the event we did not receive it, we can ask that it be resubmitted to our new address.
We apologise for any inconvenience that may have been caused but we are taking this opportunity to remind all schools how to access our service. We would be grateful if you could share this information with all the staff in your school that might need to access our service.
