Pupil Premium and PE Sports Premium Spend Analysis
Following MI Sheet 6/19 please see instructions in where to find the new analysis form held on the My School's portal for all LA Maintained Schools.
The LA requires completion of the schedule to coincide with the requirements of the Analysis of Balance process which will be completed as part of Year End reconciliations for 2018-19. The LA will require a breakdown of how the funding has been spent in specific areas to enable assessment of balances held on these ring-fenced grants. If schools feel this meets the requirements matched to the detail on the web then please include this detail for review.
To access the schedule please access the "My School" portal navigate to "Finance" and then "Premium Return Analysis"
Once completed please submit the return, if the return requires updating then update frequently to assist with the assessment of funds. Currently the LA requires this to be completed only once at the end of the Financial Year. Any questions then please contact the Finance and Business Services Team for further information.
