Based upon the huge success of the Norfolk PE Teaching Competence Standards Programme (NPETCS) which sees Teaching Assistants trained to be able to take PE lessons in primary schools, we are delighted to introduce you to TACTICAL.
TACTICAL is a specialist training programme for teaching assistants whom you as head teachers feel could take a lead in teaching and inspiring creative approaches to learning. The programme will seek to develop a creative approach based on expertise and best practice from around the County. It will cover both theoretical and practical components and will always be contextual to the learning environment in which we work.
