Norfolk Healthy Child Programme: Stakeholder update

From 1 October 2015, Norfolk Healthy Child Programme services for 0-19 year olds across Great Yarmouth and the Gorleston area will be provided by Children and Young People's Health Services Norfolk (part of Cambridgeshire Community Services (CCS) NHS Trust). From 1 November 2015, the same group of services for the remainder of Norfolk will transfer to CCS NHS Trust.

We have met with colleagues from many partner organisations across Norfolk in recent months to share our vision for the future of children's services and to reassure you of our commitment to engage you in the development of services. We look forward to continuing this partnership working. In the meantime, we hope the attached stakeholder update is useful.
