EAL Seminar - Language development and school achievement: opportunities and challenges in the education of EAL students

A unique opportunity has arisen to attend the Cambridge University, Anglia Ruskin University and the Bell Foundation's EAL seminar during which the researchers will present key findings from a recently completed research project which focuses on the experience of newly-arrived EAL students in secondary schools in the East of England.

The seminar will take place on 27th June at 4.00 - 6.30 at Norwich Professional Development Centre. Delegates will also have a chance to engage in a professional dialogue and exchange good practice around the EAL provision, teaching and learning with other professionals.
