SEND survey

Children and young people with SEND, their families, and the professionals who work with them are being asked to share their views and experiences.

The survey has been put together by Norfolk County Council working in partnership with parents, parent carer groups, and a range of professionals for the second year running. Information from last year's survey has been shared widely and used to make a number of improvements. Read more about these on the Norfolk SEND Local Offer website.

This year's survey has once again been designed to be as easy as possible, can be completed anonymously and should only take around 15 minutes.

It is divided into three separate sets of questions for each of these groups: children and young people aged eight to 25; parents and carers; and professionals. The survey aims to give everyone the chance to be heard on the issues which matter most to them.

We're particularly keen to hear from more children and young people this year.

The information gathered will once again be used to help improve services and support in Norfolk this year and beyond. Find the survey on the Norfolk SEND Local Offer website.

Please find resources attached that have been developed to help places of learning to help explain to children and young people the importance of giving their views by completing the SEND survey.
